Originally incorporated as Possibilities, Inc., iobility emerged as a leader in aligning clients’ individual and organizational capabilities behind their vision, values, and mission. Therefore, “i ” (individual), “o” (organizational), and “bility” (capabilities) capture who we are and what we do. io also conveniently symbolizes transformation in Greek mythology.
